Classes and times
Techniques and poomsae in depth — for technique competitions, and as a supplement to the basics training.
This is where you spend time digging into single techniques and poomsae. You learn how each technique should be done exactly right, and we care about every little detail.
Technique training is aimed mainly at those who want to take part in technique competitions. It is also a good supplement to the basics training, because you get more time to go deep.
Mon, kup and dan are the club’s belt systems. Mon is for children of about 5–12, kup are the student grades from 10th to 1st kup, and dan is black belt and above. Read more under Belt gradings.
