Try taekwondo for free
The first 2 weeks of training are free. There is no sign-up — you simply turn up to a session in the schedule.
How it works
From curious to standing on the mat
-
Find a class in the schedule
Children start in the children and families class. Adults, young adults included, start in the adults class. Pick a day in the schedule below that fits your week.
-
Arrive ten minutes early
The address is Gunnar Clausens Vej 19C, 8260 Viby J. That gives you time to change and say hello.
-
Tell the instructor you are new
Then the instructor keeps an eye on you and explains what you need as you go. You do not need to know anything beforehand.
-
Try free for 2 weeks, then decide
If you want to carry on, say so to the instructor after training and you will get a membership form.

Worth knowing
Questions we often get
Do I need to let you know I am coming?
No. Just turn up to a session in the schedule. Come 10 minutes early so you have time to greet the instructor and find the changing room.
What does it cost to try?
Nothing. The first 2 weeks of training are free, so you have time to work out whether it is for you before paying anything.
I have never done a martial art — is that a problem?
Not at all. The Monday and Wednesday classes have both beginners and experienced students, and the instructor adapts the exercises. Many of our adults started from scratch.
How old do you have to be?
You need to be 5 or older to train with us. There is no upper limit — we have classes for children, teenagers and adults. If you are unsure which class suits you or your child, write to the board.
Can I train together with my child?
Yes. The children and families class on Mondays and Wednesdays exists precisely so parents can train alongside rather than watch from the side. You can do that with the Ninjas, the group for the newest and youngest children.
Will it hurt?
You get sore muscles, as with any training. Sparring is done in protective gear and under control, and as a newcomer you will not be put in to spar until you are ready.
See you on the mat
You do not need to do anything except turn up. We will handle the rest.
