Classes and times

Sparring

Speed, timing, tactics and sparring — also as competition preparation.

This is where you train sparring to develop your skills, improve your technique and get stronger in fighting situations.

We work on speed, timing, tactics and sparring, so you get better at reacting quickly and staying focused under pressure. Sparring training also builds fitness, discipline and self-confidence.

Good competition preparation means turning up to training with the will to learn and improve — and being ready to do your best on the day.

Mon, kup and dan are the club’s belt systems. Mon is for children of about 5–12, kup are the student grades from 10th to 1st kup, and dan is black belt and above. Read more under Belt gradings.
